Why Selective Demolition.

Oftentimes commercial buildings do not need to be completely demolished; however, portions of the property must be removed to make way for a renovation or addition, which is known as selection demolition. This partial demolition may be as small as removing interior walls to open up the floor plan; removing stairs, entryways, or even the roof; or removing asbestos. If you’re constructing a new building adjacent to an existing building, we can help you demolish the existing wall to connect the two structures.
